This unidirectional calibre 315/136 movement is rhodium-plated with fausses côtes embellishment and the Patek Philippe seal, stamped with Seal of Geneva quality mark, includes a straight-line lever escapement, a shock absorber mechanism, and a 21K gold central ball-bearing rotor, and it has a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. It also has the patented Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and five positions.
