Upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation and an estimated delivery date via email. We offer express fully insured domestic and worldwide priority delivery services. Upon shipment, you'll receive another email containing tracking information and the delivery date. Should an item be out of stock, we'll promptly notify you by email or telephone. You won't incur charges for any out-of-stock items. However, delivery times may be subject to external factors, detailed herein, and thus cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure accurate shipping details before completing your order.

Pre-Shipment Process

Each watch undergoes rigorous verification against our website listing, inclusive of box and papers to match the description. Our watchmaking team conducts final tests for cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water resistance if applicable. These verifications and tests are performed to ensure the watch is in perfect working order before shipment. 

Shipping Destinations and Quotes

We ship internationally through reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Domestic shipments are eligible for complimentary, fully insured expedited shipping, which is processed as soon as the funds have been received and quality control on the watches have been completed. This typically results in shipping the next day.

Depending on the courier and destination, international orders are shipped following quality control and funds clearance. Initial shipping estimates are included in your purchase total. Actual charges may fluctuate based on method, location, and specific circumstances. Our team will confirm final charges with you before processing, ensuring transparency and agreement.

Delivery Times and Process

Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are approximate. Once your payment is received, processed, and the meticulous quality control tests are completed by our watchmaking team, domestic shipments generally leave the next day and arrive within 1-2 business days. International deliveries may take up to 7 business days (subject to customs clearance) post payment processing and quality checks. Each watch undergoes rigorous verification against our website listing, including box and papers matching the description. Our watchmaking team conducts a final extensive quality control check to ensure the watch's perfect working order before shipment. Additionally, this process activates our limited 12-month warranty, providing added assurance and coverage for your purchase.

Twain Time ensures unmatched customer service. Once payment verification occurs, your watch is shipped fully insured. To safeguard your purchase, an adult signature is required upon delivery.


  • Our policy mandates shipping to the address registered with your credit card company; alternative addresses must be registered and verified with the credit card company.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Some countries may be unavailable for shipping. Contact us for assistance if your country doesn't appear during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location without prior notice.

Shipping Terms and Responsibility

All shipments are fully insured and mandate an adult signature upon delivery or pick-up for security purposes. We're not liable for transit delays due to carrier issues, weather, or uncontrollable circumstances. Customers are responsible for customs charges, import/export duties, and any applicable fees or taxes for international orders.

Shipping Address, Taxes, and Fees

Our policy mandates shipping to the address registered with your credit card company. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Some countries may be unavailable for shipping; contact us for assistance if your country doesn't appear during checkout. Sales tax is collected on taxable orders shipped to NY State addresses, including associated shipping and handling fees. Refusing delivery does not alleviate responsibilities for customs charges.

Payments Verification

International orders undergo verification via www.twaintime.com's payment system. Additional verification may be necessary due to limited support for address verification by international banks. Our team will contact you if further information or documentation is required.

Shipment Reroutes/Returns

Incorrect shipping information necessitating a change of address incurs a reroute fee and any additional shipping charges. Fees vary based on location and rerouting distance from the original destination.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you'll receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for real-time order tracking until delivery. Note that our confirmation emails may be filtered as spam, so check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder periodically.

Selling or Trading - Shipping Your Watch to Twain Time

Upon accepting our offer for your watch, an email containing a pre-paid shipping label and detailed packing guidelines will be sent to you. Please adhere closely to these instructions to ensure full insurance coverage for the purchase value of your watch during transit.

Instructions for Shipping Your Watch:

  • Print the provided shipping label.
  • Obtain two sturdy, new boxes (double boxing is mandatory for insurance purposes).
  • Place your watch, including all accessories (such as stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box, and papers inside the first box.
  • Put the inner box into the larger outer box securely.
  • Affix the shipping label firmly to the outer box.
  • Arrange for a pick-up or drop off your package at an authorized shipping facility.
