It has a shock absorber mechanism, a central unidirectional 21K gold rotor, a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, a Spiromax balance spring in Silinvar and the patented Patek Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions.
The mechanism oscillates at 28 800 vph (4 Hz).
Case, dial, and movement are all signed.
