The 18K rose gold detachable thick woven mesh bracelet was manufactured by Gay Frères (founded in 1835 in Geneva) with “GF” initials stamped on the buckle, signed by Gay Frères. 
The caliber 10-200T manual winding movement is stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark. It is rhodium-plated with fausses côtes decoration, it is constructed with 18 jewels, has a straight line lever escapement, a monometallic balance, a self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, a micrometric regulator, and adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions.
This manual winding caliber 10-200, 10 ligne accross, was produced from 1946 to 1965.
The dial, movement and case are all signed.
Patek Philippe started the production of this reference in 1950.
