The solid three-body case is round-shaped and features a stepped rounded bezel, coin-edged band, and straight lugs with gold screwed bars. Additionally, it features an exhibition sapphire display case back secured by six screws and an alarm on/off button on the coin-edged band at the 8 o'clock position. While Roman hour indices adorn the silver guilloche dial, Arabic numerals are featured on the sub-dials and complemented with blued Breguet hands. 

The secret Breguet signatures are between 3 and 4 o'clock and 7 and 8 o'clock. At 6 o'clock, there is an aperture window for the date and a 30-second small seconds arched register. A 24-hour subsidiary dial indicates the second time zone at 9 o'clock, and the alarm time register is at 3 o'clock. Between 10 and 12 o'clock is an arched register showing the alarm function's 45-hour power reserve. Simultaneously, there is a circular aperture at 12 o'clock for the Alarm On/Off Indicator (the music note indicates that the Alarm is on). The winding crown sets the time and second-time zone (GMT) at 2 o'clock, while the crown adjusts the Alarm at 4 o'clock. 

This Breguet Dual Time Alarm "Le Reveil du Tsar" reference 5707 features a mechanical automatic self-winding Breguet caliber 519 F movement. It is plated in rhodium and embellished with fausses côtes. It has 38 jewels, a shock-absorbing mechanism, and a straight line-lever escapement. Additionally, it features a monometallic balance that is temperature- and position-adjustable, as well as a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a 28,800 vph frequency (4Hz).
